Q: Can I get a reduced price for my purchase if I buy more than one item?
A: It will always be the policy of this retailer to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to purchase our products. Therefore, unless a product is already on sale we will offer no less than 10% off each item purchased to any individual who wishes to purchase more than one item at a time. To get the reduction in price send an email to the above address and customer service will send a refund directly to you off the price of the purchased items.
Q:If I do not like an item can I return it?
A:Our retail policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you receive an item that you believe is not of the quality you expected from the advertised description, or is not the item you purchased contact our customer service department within 7 days of the time of receipt and arrangements will be made for you to return the item.
Q:What should I do if I receive an item that is damaged?
A: Transportation companies are lice everyone else. Occationally, they make mistakes and damage the goods they are shipping. When that occures contact us within 5 days of the time you received the damaged item and you may return it with full refund or you may return it and ask for a replacement item with no additional cost for shipping the replacement.
Q:Will your company ship an item to an address other than the address of the person who purchased the item?
A:We value the business of every customer. As stated earlier, it is the policy of this company to make it as easy as possible for our customers to purchase our products. Therefore, just provide us with the billing address and the shipping address and we will deliver any product we sell to any location in the U.S.
Q:Do you offer any products not currently displayed on your website?
A:Yes, we are constantly looking for new products to offer that we feel would be of interest to our customers. Therefore, the website may not always display products that have recently become available. Watch for announcements of new product in your delivery box and check the website for updates as products are added.
Q: Who makes the products you sell and where are they made?
A: Our primary goal is to locate products for you of the highest quality for the lowest possible price. Therefore, we do not eleminate any resource of those products based on location or individuals doing the work. As a resutl the products we sell are manufactured by skilles craftsmen in all parts of the world.
